Take an inside look at commercially available baked products, whether it's a new offering in your grocery store or a loaf of raisin pecan bread from the bakery up the street. Of course, if the bakery up the street is not up your street, what good is that to you? Which is why the criteria for product reviews here is they must be available via mail order. Either directly from the source, or through another catalog or online service.
So, if you know where to buy great bread, have a resource for awesome cookie bouquets, or have actually tasted the chocolate Twinkie and you have something to say about it, send your product review to julie@bakingbits.com.
